Handmade Sword
Shirasaya Katana β 1095 High Carbon Steel, Clay Tempered, Hand Forged, Full Tang, Battle Ready
SKU: 396
Katana β The Shirasaya is a Japanese sword in its purest storage form β no tsuba, no ornamental fittings, just a blade in a plain white wooden shirasaya (storage scabbard). 1095 clay tempered steel, real hamon, kanji-signed tang. Historically used by swordsmiths and collectors to store blades without the wear of a full mounting. For collectors who want to see the sword in its most essential form, or practitioners who value the clean, unadorned aesthetic. Individually inspected before leaving our California warehouse.
